Upon arrival at Haridwar/Rishikesh Railway station / Dehradun Airport, meet to driver and drive to Kanatal, on reaching check in at Camp, evening bonfire at Campsite, Dinner and overnight stay at Camp In Kanatal.
Today early in the morning see the beautiful sunrise from Kanatal, after breakfast visit by trek to Kaudia Forest, also visit Surkanda Devi Temple, The Temple is situated at an altitude of approximately 2756 Meters the temple offers panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. You can take Ropeway by your own to Reach the Temple. Later visit nearby places like Dhanaulti Eco Park, Chamba, New Tehri Lake, you can also enjoy the inhouse adventure activities of Camp on direct payment basis. Evening bonfire and Dinner at Camp, overnight stay at Kanatal.
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive back to Dehradun Airport/ Rishikesh/Haridwar Railway station for your onwards Journey back home.

PAYMENTS POLICY:
For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival. but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
CONDITION:
Gangotri Travels shall not be responsible for any delay/cancellation of flight/train/bus or any other mode of transport due to bad weather, natural calamity/road closure/strike/political issues, or any other causes beyond our control.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the tour/service cost
Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund.
In the case of special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).
SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR AGREEMENT:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges, the same would be charged as extra.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Gangotri Travels, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Haridwar will apply.
