Day 1

HARIDWAR – PIPALKOTI (260 KMS. / 09 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning pick from Haridwar and drive to Pipalkoti, on reaching check in at Hotel, Overnight stay at Hotel in Pipalkoti.

Day 2

PIPALKOTI – URGAM VILLAGE – KALPESHWAR – URGAM VILLAGE – BADRINATH (35 KMS. DRIVE + 02 KMS. TREK + 70 KMS DRIVE)

Morning drive to Urgam Village, on reaching start 02 Kms. trek to Kalpeshwar Temple, on reaching Darshan of Kalpeshwar Mahadev, and later trek back to Urgam, meet to driver and drive to Badrinath, on the way see the confluence of Alaknanda and Dholi Rivers at Vishnuprayag, later continue drives towards Badrinath, on reaching check in at hotel, later visit the Badrinath Temple, also visit Mana Village, Byas Gufa, Ganesh Temple, Bheem Pul and Saraswati River in Mana Village, also see the Keshavpryag from Mana Village, Overnight stay at Hotel in Badrinath.

Day 3

BADRINATH – YOGDHYAN BADRI – JOSHIMATH (45 KMS. / 03 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning after Darshan and Pooja at Temple drive to Pandukeshwar, on reaching visit the Temple, Yogdhyan Badri Temple one of the Panch Badri. The image here, in a meditative posture, is worshiped as at Badrinath. After Darshan drive to Joshimath, on reaching check in at hotel, evening you can visit Narsingh Temple and Adi Shankaracharya Math at Joshimath, Overnight stay at Hotel in Joshimath.

Day 4

JOSHIMATH – SYALDHAR – BHAVISHYA BADRI – JOSHIMATH (17 KMS. DRIVE + 03 KMS. TREK PER WAY)

morning drive to Bhavishya Badri, the temple of Bhavishya Badri is about 17 Kms from Joshimath to the east toward Lata. It is beyond Tapovan, up the Dhauliganga river and involves a track of about 3 Kms. from the motor road. On reaching Darshan of Bhavishya Badri Temple, later drive back to Joshimath for overnight stay.

Day 5

JOSHIMATH – VRIDH BADRI – ADI BADRI - RUDRAPRYAG (165 KMS. / 06 HRS. DRIVE)

morning drive to Vridh Badri, on reaching Darshan of Temple, later drive to Adi Badri, On reaching Adi Badri Darshan of Temple, later drive to Rudrapryag, on reaching Check in at Hotel at Rudrapryag for overnight stay.

Day 6

RUDRAPRYAG – HARIDWAR (162 KMS. / 06 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning drive back to Haridwar, on the way visit Dhari Devi Mandir Dedicated to Maa Kali, also see the Confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers at Devpryag, later continue drive to haridwar, evening on reaching we will direct transfer to Railway station or drop to your place in Haridwar.

--Please read the Email carefully, as the email conversation is part of our contract for each and every tour package booking.
--Keep your luggage with your security. In case of any theft or loss, the company is not responsible for the same.
--Do not forget to carry your government approved Identity such as Passport, Aadhar, Driving License or Voter ID for check-ins and check-outs.
--Carry your valid identification card for hotel stays, also the documents must include photographs. The company is not responsible for any issues regarding Id proofs.
--Vehicle AC will not work in any weather conditions in hill area.
--The company is not responsible for any theft, accident, injury or death during the tour.
--We will not responsible for any cost arising due to bad weather, tour amendments, road block, and any Nature calamity during rainy season.

PAYMENTS POLICY:-
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival. but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

CONDITION:-
Gangotri Travels shall not be responsible for any delay / cancellation of flight / train / bus or any other mode of transport due to bad weather, nature calamity / rode closed / strike / political issues or any other causes beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost

Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

NOTE: CHARDHAM HOTELS FOLLOWS 100 % RETENTION DURING YATRA.

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR AGREEMENT:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

OUR LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges the same would be charged as extra.

LAW AND JURISDICTION:
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Gangotri Travels, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Haridwar.
