Day 1

HARIDWAR - BARKOT (176 KMS. / 06 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning pick from Haridwar or Dehradun Airport and drive towards Barkot, on the way at Mussoorie visit Kempty Fall, after sightseeing of Kempty Fall continue drive to Barkot, on reaching Barkot Check in at Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

BARKOT - KHARSALI - BARKOT (45 KMS. DRIVE + 01 KMS. TREK PER WAY)

Early in the Morning Proceed towards Janki Chatti with Gangotri Travels, on reaching Janki Chatti Start 01 Kms. Trek to Kharsali Village Locally popular as Khushimath, the quaint hamlet of Kharsali serves as the winter abode of Goddess Yamuna. During the cold months, due to heavy snowfall, the Yamunotri shrine becomes inaccessible. Apart from the divine presence of the goddess during the winter months later after Darshan of Yamuna Ji trek back to Janki chatti meet to Driver and drive back to Barkot, Overnight stay at Hotel in Barkot.

Day 3

BARKOT - UTTARKASHI (80 KMS. / 03 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning starts the Drive to Uttarkashi, on the way visit Prakateshwar Cave, after Darshan of Holy Cave continue drives towards Uttarkashi, upon arrival check in at Hotel, Evening visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple, Overnight stay at Hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 4

UTTARKASHI - MUKHBA - UTTARKASHI (75 KMS. PER WAY DRIVE)

Morning drive to Mukhba Village for the Darshan of Shri Gangotri Ji, Gangotri Ji is brought to Mukhba, a small village on the banks of River Bhagirathi near Harsil. Due to excessive snowfall in the higher area during the winters, the idol of Goddess Ganga is transported down from Gangotri temple, after darshan of Gangotri Ji drive back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 5

UTTARKASHI – UKHIMATH (200 KMS. / 08 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning drive to Ukhimath, on reaching check in at Guest House, later Darshan of Kedarnath Ji in Onkareshwar Temple. Omkareshwar temple is the winter seat of Bhagwan Kedarnath ji, Annually, the symbol of Bhagwan Kedarnath or Shiva is brought in an elaborate procession at the onset of winter and worshipped for six months till the Kedarnath shrine opens its doors for devotees. Day 6

UKHIMATH – JOSHIMATH/PANDUKESHWAR (170 KMS. / 07 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning drive to Joshimath/Pandukeshwar via Rudrapryag, Karanpryag, Nandpryag and Joshimath, when in Joshimath visit Narsingh Mandir and Adi Shankaracharya Math, later drive to Pandukeshwar on reaching check in at Guest House, later visit Yogdhyan Badri in Pandukeshwar, Pandukeshwar is located only 18 kms. from Joshimath, Pandukeshwar, as per believe is the place where King Pandu, father of great Pandavas of Mahabharat epic, worshipped Bhagwan Shiv, Overnight stay in Pandukeshwar/Joshimath

Day 7

PANDUKESHWAR/JOSHIMATH – HARIDWAR (285 KMS. / 09 HRS. DRIVE)

Morning drive back to Haridwar, on the way visit Dhari Devi Mandir, continue drives and alos on the way see the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi River at Devprayag, later drive to Haridwar and drop to your place.

--Please read the Email carefully, as the email conversation is part of our contract for each and every tour package booking.
--Keep your luggage with your security. In case of any theft or loss, the company is not responsible for the same.
--Do not forget to carry your government approved Identity such as Passport, Aadhar, Driving License or Voter ID for check-ins and check-outs.
--Carry your valid identification card for hotel stays, also the documents must include photographs. The company is not responsible for any issues regarding Id proofs.
--Vehicle AC will not work in all weather conditions in hills area road.
--The company is not responsible for any theft, accident, injury or death during the tour.
--We will not responsible for any cost arising due to bad weather, tour amendments, road block, and any Nature calamity.

PAYMENTS POLICY:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival. but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

CONDITION:
Gangotri Travels shall not be responsible for any delay / cancellation of flight / train / bus or any other mode of transport due to bad weather, nature calamity / rode closed / strike / political issues or any other causes beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR AGREEMENT:
--Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
--In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize.
--For unused hotel Accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges the same would be charged as extra.

LAW & JURISDICTION:
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Gangotri Travels, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Haridwar.
